Cancellation Policy
1. General Information
This cancellation policy applies to private clients (consumers) and business clients who purchase subscription services, one-time bookings for online workshops, and videos on our website.
Each subscription product is governed by its respective agreement, which outlines specific cancellation and termination policies.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Private Clients)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the service has not been fully delivered.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- You have accessed or started streaming a purchased online workshop or video before the withdrawal period has ended, and you have expressly agreed to waive your right of withdrawal in such cases.
- The service has been fully provided before the withdrawal period ends.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
3. Cancellation for Business Clients
Business clients (B2B transactions) are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws. However, cancellations may be possible under the terms specified in the respective agreement or contract.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription services are subject to the cancellation and termination policies specified in their respective agreements. Details, including notice periods, can be found in the subscription agreement provided at the time of purchase.
