Q. Who can sign up for the School Owner Membership?
Any adult or company who is a certified GIC Instructor or has a certified GIC Instructor in their ranks can apply for our School Owner Membership. With the School Owner Membership, the KMG system with its numerous benefits can be used in your own training company.
Q. How can I pay my membership fees?
After successfully accepting your membership contract, you will receive an email with a link to the payment page. Here we ask you to enter your payment details for the recurring payments. Credit cards or Paypal are currently available as payment methods. After receipt of payment, we will send the official invoice by email.
If your payment information changes, you can correct it at any time in your online account.
Q. How can I end my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time via your online account. For Instructor Memberships, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership year in which you cancel. For School Owner Memberships, the cancellation also takes effect at the end of the membership year in which you cancel. Please note that your school owner cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the end of the calendar year to end after the current membership year.
From the time your membership expires, all membership rights also expire.
Q. I will cover the membership fees of my instructors. How do I sign them up?
Please enter the names and email addresses of your including instructors in the form. If you want to change the inclusive instructor later, you can do this via your online account.
Q. When I have canceled the KMG affiliation, what does this mean for my instructors?
If you as School Owner have previously paid the instructor’s membership fee, the respective KMG Instructor Membership will end upon the effective date of termination, usually at the end of the year. The respective instructor can convert his/her membership to self-pay or can become a School Owner himself/herself. As an instructor with KMG Instructor or School Owner Membership, he/she can then no longer be used in non-affiliated schools.
